Puppy Waitlist Agreement

Upon submission of this signed agreement, Lingo Standard Poodles will place buyer listed below on the official "Waitlist"once $250 waitlist Deposit is paid. Remaining balance of puppy deposit is due once pregnancy is confirmed totaling a $500 deposit all together, deposits are counted towards the total balance of the puppy price. Order of selection is determined by date of submission(1st pick, 2nd pick etc..).

Breeding is not a predictable practice and we make no guarantees about the number of puppies, before a litter is born.

If a potential buyer on the waitlist determines that he or she does not want a pup from the litter in which their deposit date aligns, they may choose to pass to a future litter. If a litter doesn't result in the color or sex you are wanting you may switch colors and or sex if room is available. Deposits can also be moved to a future litter. Lingo Standard Poodles predicts whelping by typical patterns of heat cycles. However, we can not make guarantees about timing or quantity.

Deposits will be counted towards the total balance of the puppy price. Remaining deposit balance is due within 72 hours of receiving your digital contract or this contract will be terminated. Digital contracts are sent out after pregnancy has been confirmed.

The deposit received at time of submission is non-refundable.

Should the puppy questionnaire result in denial of adopting a puppy the amount submitted will be refunded in full.
